Marshmallow Valentine Pops

After making hundreds and hundreds of cake pops I must say that I am a new believer of marshmallow pops. They are SO EASY. They take a fourth an eighth of the time to make than that of traditional cake pops. I think what makes them so much easier is that you do not have to have a "glue" to hold the stick to the marshmallow. With cake pops you have to dip the end of the stick in chocolate, stick in the cake pop and let it harden. THEN after lots and lots of waiting you dip the whole thing in chocolate and pray that your "glue" is strong enough and none fall off when you dip.

With the marshmallows it's a whole different story. The sticks just stick! No glue needed. No worrying about them falling off since they are so light. I must admit that they are not as tasty as my cake pops but they are my new go-to for kid parties. What kid does not love marshmallows anyway?
